Cappair is a refurbishment fascia/barge board with raised back ribs, cross-routed to enhance free movement behind the profile, allowing any moisture to evaporate. This board must NOT bear the weight of the eaves course of tiles or the guttering system without the support of backing timber. Cappair has a return leg for lay-on soffits.
